Bags

All bags may be subject to security searches prior to entry to the building. As such, we would ask that you don’t bring any large bags to the venue as this could cause delays getting in.

Any bags larger than an average handbag should not be brought to the theatre. We have no cloakroom onsite, and therefore cannot store any luggage.

Please note: anyone who declines a security search will not be allowed in.

Photo and Video

Unless otherwise stated, taking photographs or recording shows in any way, is strictly prohibited. This is out of the respect of our performers, and we reserve the right to request deletion of any such material.

Drones are strictly prohibited from our site and the surrounding area.

Prohibited Items

Below is guidance on items that are not permitted to be brought into our venues by visitors. Please be aware this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change:

• Any item deemed to be a weapon or having the appearance of a weapon (including sharp objects that could cause harm);
• Fireworks and other pyrotechnics, including smoke bombs;
• Laser pointers, strobe lights and similar light emitting devices;
• Hand held communication devices that transmit radio signals (e.g. walkie talkies), radio jammers or radio scanners;
• Drones;
• Hazardous substances (e.g. chemicals, irritants and gas canisters);
• Personal protection sprays or similar ‘mace’ type sprays;
• Substances banned under the Misuse of Drugs Act;
• Hot Food, and Strong Smelling Food;
• Alcoholic drinks purchased from outside of the theatre;
• Any item that may give cause for concern that the person may wish to demonstrate within the venue

CCTV

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) operates on our site, and every person that has been on the site will have been recorded. This is for the safety and security of all users of our building.

Visiting

If you are attending a event, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for these security checks to take place, especially if you need to collect tickets from the ticket desk which can be very busy pre-show.

Our security measures are under constant review and we reserve the right to change arrangements at short notice.
