The Albert Hall is a community venue at heart, and we’re always delighted to support the people around us.

Radnor YFC
We are delighted to support the Radnor Federation of Young Farmers Clubs and to be the home of the on‑stage competitions for all 13 clubs across Radnor.
Throughout February, more than 250 young people take to our stage for the annual entertainment festival. The week‑long event showcases an exciting mix of entertainment, drama, and pantomime, alongside smaller performances where groups of up to six present six‑minute sketches, songs, or dances. In May, we welcome them back for their annual pre-rally stage competitions, which is a single night of entertainment.
‘The Albert Hall Award for the Most Improved Performance’
During the two rehearsal weeks and the entertainment festival in February, our team has the privilege of watching every performance grow — from first rehearsal, to second rehearsal, all the way through to the final show during entertainment week.
In 2026, we were proud to deepen our support for the festival by launching The Albert Hall Award for the Most Improved Performance.
We were delighted to present the inaugural award to Llanbadarn Fynydd and Teme Valley Young Farmers Clubs for their joint production, Toy Therapy. Congratulations!

Local Events
We’re proud to support local events throughout our community. Each year, you’ll find us at the Llandrindod Carnival, where we help support the festivities and showcase our venue. Our AH Players often take to the bandstand as well, sharing their creativity and talent with the wider community.
We’re also regular guests at the Metropole Hotel’s Christmas Fayre, where we join in the celebrations and contribute to the festive atmosphere. The AH Players bring extra Christmas cheer by performing during the event, helping to make it a memorable occasion for everyone.
