Professional Shows, Commercial Shows and Tribute Bands
For Professional Shows, Commercial Shows, and Tribute Bands, the touring company have usually hired The Albert Hall, along with our Volunteers and Ticketing Services.
Unless the event listing on our What’s On page differs, you can purchase tickets for these shows:
📞Over the phone: 0300 102 4255 – Option 1
🌐Online at: https://thealberthall.co.uk/tickets
We would strongly advise tickets for these events are purchased in advance, either online, or over the phone to avoid disappointment.
📍 Subject to availability, remaining tickets may be available on the door: up to 30 minutes before the show.
Please Note: A Venue Admin Fee (please see below) applies to all tickets sold on the door.
The Albert Hall does not have a physical box office, and we use a company called ‘TicketSource’ to run our Box Office for us.
Please note: Fees may apply for ticket bookings with TicketSource, and we apologise for this, however at this time, this is the most suitable system for The Albert Hall.
If you cannot purchase your ticket online, or over the phone, please contact us using the details on our Contact Page and we will try to find a way to arrange the tickets for you.
Local and Amateur Productions
For Local and Amateur Productions, the company have usually dry-hired The Albert Hall, which means they are managing the tickets themselves, and are operating the venue with their own team. Unless the event listing on our What’s On page differs, you will not be able to book your tickets through The Albert Hall, or TicketSource.
You should get in touch with the company directly, to enquire about tickets for their shows.
Albert Hall Fundraisers
Albert Hall Fundraisers are events that The Albert Hall team is organising, and running themselves, to raise money for the venue. Therefore, unless the event listing on our What’s On page differs, you can purchase tickets for these shows:

🌐Online at: https://thealberthall.co.uk/tickets

Venue Admin Fee
The Albert Hall applies a small Venue Admin Fee to all tickets purchased at the door or in person before the show. This fee helps cover administrative and payment transaction costs.
- Unless otherwise specified, the fee is £1.00 per ticket.
- For example, if the face value of the ticket is £20.00, the total paid on the door would be £21.00
Under 18 Months
Children under 18 months will be admitted for free, to all events, unless otherwise stated, on the condition that they will sit on a parent, or guardian’s lap.
Should you wish for them, or your child wish, to sit in their own seat, then a ticket will need to be purchased. If a child ticket is on sale for the event, then this will be suitable.
Companion Tickets
Companion seating availability varies by event. Unless explicitly mentioned on the event page, both the guest and their companion will need to purchase separate tickets.
Where possible, we will offer a complimentary ticket for a companion or support person, subject to availability, for guests who require assistance to attend events.

To qualify for a companion ticket, the companion must:
- Be able to assist with evacuation in case of an emergency
- Be responsible for the safety and care of the person they are accompanying
