Directions:

From the North

Follow the A483 into Llandrindod Wells, passing the Metropole Hotel on your left.
At the mini roundabout near Automobile Palace (Tom Norton Limited), turn right onto Spa Road (A4081).
Continue past the Commodore Hotel, over the railway bridge, and bear left until you reach the roundabout.
Take the second exit onto Ithon Road (A4081) – The Albert Hall is approximately 50m ahead on the left.

From the South

Follow the A483 into Llandrindod Wells, passing the Texaco Garage on your right.
Continue until you see Automobile Palace (Tom Norton Limited) on your right.
Turn left at the mini roundabout onto Spa Road (A4081).
Continue past the Commodore Hotel, over the railway bridge, and bear left until you reach the roundabout.
Take the second exit onto Ithon Road (A4081) – The Albert Hall is approximately 50m ahead on the left.

From the West

Follow the A4081 into Llandrindod Wells.
After crossing the river bridge, bear right and continue past the cemetery, housing estate, and all-weather pitch on the left.
Follow the road as it curves left, heading uphill – The Albert Hall is on the right, just before reaching the roundabout.

Parking

On Street Parking is available just up the hill, from the Theatre, however it is limited, and time restricted.

Please respect our neighbours, and do not park in the residents only parking area (Orchard Gardens), over the road from the theatre.

High Street Car Park

For peace of mind, we recommend you use the Local Authority Pay and Display Car Park, on High Street (LD1 6BG), a short walk away from the theatre. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is also available in the High Street Car Park.

Directions for Walking to The Albert Hall from the Car Park

  1. Exit the car park onto High Street, and turn left.
  2. Before heading up the incline toward Park Crescent, take the right exit onto the ‘Except for Access’, one way section of High Street.
  3. Follow High Street, passing Christchurch Court on the left, and Powerprint and the Radnor Wildlife Trust Shop on the right.
  4. Continue past the Powys Samaritans building on the right.
  5. When you reach the exit onto the roundabout, turn right onto Ithon Road.
  6. The Albert Hall is approximately 50 meters ahead on the left.

Directions for Walking to the Car Park from The Albert Hall

  1. Exit The Albert Hall, turning right and heading uphill.
  2. When you reach the roundabout, take the first left onto the one way section of High Street.
  3. Walk past the Powys Samaritans building, located on your left.
  4. Continue along High Street, passing Powerprint and the Radnor Wildlife Trust Shop on your left, and Christchurch Court on your right.
  5. When you reach the end of the one way section of High Street, you will see the car park opposite.

    • Please avoid parking across entrances, on pavements, or in the residents-only area (Orchard Gardens).
    • Use the recommended car park to ensure smooth access for everyone.

    • When leaving the venue, especially late at night, please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect those living nearby.
    • Be considerate in conversations and avoid loud voices or disturbances outside the theatre.
