As a registered charity, we need to collect some data about our customers, and hirers, to be able to operate.
When you interact with us, we will collect data about you for a variety of reasons. For example, we may provide a service to you (such as posting purchased tickets). We may also need to report to our sponsors and funders like Arts Council of Wales.
We collect personal data about from you to enable us to market events, and fundraise in a more effective way. It also allows us to contact previous hirers, to inform them of future offers, and available dates.
Some of the information we collect, is optional, and you can choose to give it to us. We will inform you of this option at the time of the data collection. If you do not give us these details, some personalisation's, or services may not be available to you. For example, you may not get to hear about events or offers, that you may have an interest in.
We will ensure that all activities involving your personal data, will take place lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
